I was having a conversation with this guy at a coffee shop, and he kept giving me these long pauses that… I thought meant he was interested? Turns out, he was just trying to figure out how to tell me he had a girlfriend, and his face went pale when I mentioned maybe getting coffee again. I just awkwardly laughed and said something like ‘Oh, you’re busy…’ before literally walking out, like, what was I supposed to say to that?
