Fishing in space between galaxies

Once upon a time, Zog, an alien from the planet Glorp, decided it was time to impress his friends with a grand fishing expedition on Earth. He packed his zany gear—a glowing rod and a holographic tackle box—and beamed himself directly to a local pond. Unfortunately, Zog misread Earth’s fishing manual and thought he had to use hot dogs as bait. Picture a bewildered pond full of bewildered fish swimming up to a floating wiener while Zog shouted, “Come on, you tasty creatures!”
The fish were so confused that instead of biting, they just started flipping the hot dogs around with their fins, causing an unwelcome sausage party. The sight of Zog pulling his hair out in frustration while the fish hosted a barbecue deep under the water was too outlandish. Meanwhile, a nearby fisherman, with his trusty fishing pole, caught everything Zog thought he’d snag. In the end, Zog left the pond empty-handed, with a stern lesson: Do not bait Earth fish with processed meats, and most importantly, never underestimate the power of a fishy barbecue!
