Probably sweat. An everyday hat usually either just blocks sun, is a fashion piece, or keeps your hair in place. Assuming you bathe regularly and aren’t working out in the hat/don’t have head lice or something, the hat will be relatively clean. A wig however is a much tighter fitting piece. Usually it involves some sort of adhesive which will also transfer more biological materials than a loose fitting hat.
