A drainage system in Kentucky

One warm afternoon in Kentucky, a couple of friends decided to explore the backroads, ending up at a mysteriously large storm drain—it was like a gateway to nowhere. Naturally, with a mix of curiosity and mischief, they dared each other to go take a peek inside. Armed with nothing but their flashlights and a questionable amount of courage, they crawled in, determined to find out if it was a portal to another world or just a really, really bad idea.
As they crawled deeper, they discovered an old, rusty shopping cart, some moldy pizza boxes, and a tiny garden gnome that looked more perplexed than they were. Just when they thought they might find treasure, they heard a loud noise and turned to see a raccoon staring at them like they had invaded his kingdom. In a flurry of arms and squeals, they scrambled back out, only for one to slip—arms flailing—right into a puddle of muddy water. Turns out, the only treasure they found was a new definition for “storm drain” in the form of a mud-stained friend who now claimed he was “the king of the gnomes.”
