**Sing That Hook**
Last Saturday, my friends and I decided to host a karaoke night to celebrate our favorite songs from the 2000s. As it turned out, Todd, who claimed to be the best singer in the group, blasted through the first few verses flawlessly. But when it came to the chorus, he completely froze, fumbling with the lyrics before launching into an enthusiastic rendition of an entirely different song! Instead of hitting the catchy hook of the original tune, he mistakenly mixed it with some vintage jingle about cereal. The entire room fell silent, then erupted in laughter as he desperately channeled his inner crooner while the rest of us imagined him serenading a bowl of Frosted Flakes.
The hilarious part was watching Todd, convinced he was nailing it, confidently belt out “They’re Grrrreat!” while everyone else just gasped between giggles. His face turned bright red as he realized we were holding our sides, practically gasping for air. It became the highlight of the night—who knew that singing cereal commercials could turn a karaoke bash into a stand-up comedy routine? We now have a new tradition: every karaoke night must feature at least one attempt at “singing that hook,” even if it’s just to pull out an embarrassing jingle!

He harmonized like he was singing to the fremen in Dune 😂

Harry Mack is the most insane freestyle rapper ever. He has so many YouTube videos where he goes out in public and freestyles for random people who give him words to rhyme with. It’s awesome. [Here’s his channel](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC59ZRYCHev_IqjUhremZ8Tg)

And some of his “publicity tour”/“guest spots” like this don’t even come close to the talent he shows on some of his omegle/street work.
C

If this AT ALL appeals to you… you should check out ep. #263 of this podcast (Take Your Shoes Off w/ Rick Glassman) with Sal Vulcano (3.0). DON’T read the comments. Go in as blind as possible. It’s one of the most awesome/heartwarming podcast eps ever.
S
I laughed my ass off at the Harry Mack clip but I’ve never seen / heard this podcast before. I looked up this recommendation but that ~2,5 hour runtime is steep, how long do you reckon I should give it a go before I know if it’s worth seeing it through?
