Is it mocking me or attempting to motivate me?

Last week, while scrolling through my social media feed, I stumbled upon a motivational poster that featured an impossibly fit cat doing yoga on a surfboard. Beneath it read, “You can achieve anything with a little effort!” At first, I thought it was adorable and inspiring—until I remembered that my own attempt at yoga resulted in a faceplant into a pile of laundry. I stared at that smug feline in disbelief. Was it trying to encourage me to push my limits or just mock me for my lack of coordination?
The sheer guilt of being schooled by a yoga-savvy cat was real. I mean, here I was, fervently trying to balance my spilled coffee cup on my knee while scrolling through wellness tips, and meanwhile, there’s a furry guru in a sun salutation, reminding me of my questionable life choices. As if this cat, with its zen vibe and perfect posture, wasn’t already succeeding while I was still struggling to even fit into my gym shoes—maybe it *was* just a well-placed taunt wrapped in a faux-inspiring message!

This is just genuine encouragement where I’m from. Or depending on context, accepting a challenge to fight

It reads like the angel and devil on your shoulder, but knowing it’s from a GameStop or equivalent, I’d go with it trying to be motivational. Hilarious gift for someone with a great sense of humor about quitting an addiction.
