Man discovers unconscious woman in a moving vehicle.
in WTF
Man discovers a woman unconscious in a vehicle that’s still in motion.

M
Even if she’s not on fentanyl, it’s still warranting calling some type of emergency service
R
But they’re minutes away. Scary.
J
In her case, I’d imagine she’s on car-fentanyl.
F
Nice
Y
Could be a medical condition, low blood sugar etc.
S
Yeah, if that was me it’d she’s either on something or she’s having a medical episode – I wouldn’t be calling her “bitch” unless I was pretty certain that it was the former
T
That “bitch” sounded more out of concern than malice.
D
Bitch why is your blood sugar low! wtf
S
Do you have any potions? Or food?
D
Alcoholism is the only disease you can get yelled at for having. Damn it Otto, you’re an alcoholic! Damn it Otto, you have Lupus! One of these two doesn’t sound right.
T
I think he was kind of panicking, dude.
P
It was a Jesse Pinkman kind of ”Bitch”
B
Lol, it’s ok then. Class.
Y
It clearly sounds to me like he is assuming drugs. I am right there with you, first question is are you ok? And the what happened? You can assess what’s going on from her response.

M
My god, shut up
S
She’s like 100% a bar head. My mom was the same way on Xanies. Same tone same everything. She’s blacked out on them.
O
Had to look up bar head in urban dictionary. That’s a new one or me.
E
As someone with seizures, and unable to drive because of an accident, this is very possible. I didn’t even know I had an accident. I woke up and I was looking around in a daze. People would’ve easily mistaken it for a drug episode. I wouldn’t blame them.
R
Bitch, better have your insulin.
A
Insulin reduces your blood sugar, if you find a diabetic in a state like this give then /sugar/ if you’ve got a sugar cube literally in your pocket that’s amazing, but juice or fruit or candy just anything with immediate sugar because low blood sugar kills you quick and high blood sugar takes years
R
> Bitch, better have your insulin. Opposite. Better have your sugar. Insulin lowers blood sugar, but if you forget to eat or wait too long while on insulin, your blood sugar will crash causing you to pass out. I keep Nature Valley Biscuit Sandwiches, Cinnamon Almond Butter in my car at all times for that very reason. They may not be as fast as glucose tablets, but they stabilize it very well.
D
Diabetic here. It could be hypoglycemia…if your sugar gets too low you pass out. Insulin is not what you want then! A york peppermint patty or two is the thing that brings you back

Call 911, ask for an ambulance and police. Edit, Since the thread is locked I’ll add this here. As a layman I don’t know enough to assume this woman is coherent or not. I’ve seen people come out of a seizure, or after fainting, who could talk and respond, but weren’t coherent. And there’s likely many other scenarios where this could also be true. I’d rather call an ambulance and end up being wrong about needing them, then not call and end up needing them. Thanks for the advice ER doc, but this is one time I’m not going to take it.
M
Dispatcher will get that, or the police can call the ambulance after assessing her. She is trying to put the car into drive to get away and is more in need of law enforcement than medical personnel since she wakes up and is more or less coherent. No need to bother an ambulance with someone who is awake and speaking for themselves. Sincerely an ER doc who helps police with these kinds of drivers all the time.
M
Damn, yeah I didn’t even think about the “classy tat sleeve”. I forgot that tattoos give you superpowers that prevent you from having medical conditions.
O
Can’t even take a lil nappy nap while driving anymore. What has this world come to?
O
She didn’t have cruise control on. Rookie mistake.
F
*BITCH!* Hit the brakes! Sent me lol
S
He was definitely giving me that Jesse from Breaking Bad vibe 😎
J
Saw this in a grocery store parking lot around me. It’s insane. No idea if it was drugs booze or exhaustion but it warranted a call to the cops
K
Gotta prioritize making sure he’s recording the whole time.
[
Considering how awake she was at the end of the clip, and the fact he was calling police, it’s not a bad idea to record that. Evidence to show when they ask why you took her keys from her.
B
He did the right thing, having proof comes in handy in the most unexpected of times and is a blessing
T
Posting it online to get attention/likes/followers is not doing the right thing lol
L
He might have had to break a window, cause property damage, or get physical with her. Recording is absolutely warranted.

Having an addiction isn’t a moral failing. You should put in some work on being a good human yourself.
I
Having an addiction and getting behind the wheel of a car aren’t mutually exclusive. One is a disease and one was a choice. The lady, maybe, chose to do heroin and drive endangering everyone on the road. I have no sympathy for anyone who uses their addiction to endanger strangers minding their own business. I’m happy to help people with addiction. I’m not happy about addicts who seek to actively destroy the lives of innocent people around them

I hate that sub because you don’t understand the amount of random harmless nonsense people will concoct for upvotes

Might live in an area with a lot of addicts, so he assumes it’s that
N
Because 99% of the time it’s drugs/alcohol…
T
…because it was drugs or alcohol.
B
I always give people the benefit of the doubt in practice, but she looks like a Xanax gobbler don’t lie. It’s also not common for a young person to lose consciousness randomly while driving. What’s more common is substance abuse. It’s the most likely scenario.
R
I get you. But when you suddenly are in a haste, seeing someone in a situation in which they can die in, you need to think super fast and impulsively. I bet he didn’t speak out of malice and was just so out of breath and worried that he couldnt think straight. I bet if he was more calm he’d be more specific or be less insensitive
