When his first date arrived, he confidently approached her with a suave grin, only to trip over his own shoes and faceplant into a nearby flower pot.
As he emerged from the floral carnage, dirt smeared across his cheek and petals in his hair, he attempted to play it off as a grand entrance. “Well, at least my love for nature is evident!” he quipped, while his date snorted with laughter, not quite sure if he was joking or just that clumsy. But we can look at fucking *fictional* things like that happening and think “oh that’s cool” or “oh that’s funny.” Because it’s fictional.
