What are those things!
in WTF
What in the world are those!

S
idiot abusing synthol… But normally its fake body builders with their arms.
S
That’s what I was thinking. Those legs look just like those dudes with the fake swole.
S
The original legitimate (and probably still used today) for bodybuilders who cannot make the body symmetrical, they will put in enough synthol to bulk up a tiny bit, not replace the entire workout regiment.
P
Ahhhhhh I see. So also mental illness.
R
Agreed
M
it’s just gender affirming care for the cis men.
F
Lenient use of the world legitimate.
W
I think she’s a trans woman with limited resources for feminization surgery.
E
there’s… there’s a lot of better options tho…
J
So like in this case, why doesn’t she just gain weight? If she wants to look thick doesn’t that just mean she just eat more?
T
Weight is deposited differently on different people’s bodies, but also even just comparing male to female. Genetics plays a big role and what exactly dictates where fat is deposited/grown isn’t extremely well understood to my knowledge.
I
Not everyone gains weight in their legs/ass. I certainly couldn’t if I tried. I’d be out here looking like Mike Wazowski with a giant abdomen and tooth pick legs.
J
I see
E
I’m just going to say it. It looks like she has male genes and will gain weight in the patterns of a biological male.
J
Estrogen HRT actually changes how fat is distributed believe it or not.
E
I didn’t say that it didn’t. She isn’t on Estrogen and will gain weight in the patterns of a biological male. That’s why she doesn’t “just gain weight”. Estrogen HRT is expensive.

Some delicate flower reported me for saying the same thing.

That’s a dude.

Genuinely wondering, in what situations would they not go together? Edit: Mainly I’m asking what uses does synthol have outside of when used because of mental illness (like in the video)? Are there any proper applications for it aside from fake muscles?
B
Well, you can have mental illness without synthol, but you can’t have synthol without mental illness.

Thank god I’m not into bodybuilding, this reminds me of myself trying to even out the ice cream level in a pint. Just a liiiiittle more from this side. Ope. Gotta even it out, just a tiny bit from the other side. Before I know it I’ve eaten the entire pint of ice cream!
P
It comes in pints!
T
I’m getting one!
7
*You had a whole half already*!
T
It’s the only way you can be sure it’s even. If it’s empty.
L
This is mostly for highly level competition. The average body builder is not going to be going to that extreme effort.
B
Thank you for admitting to this. I honestly thought I was alone in this personal hell.
C
Lets be real clear. Injecting it into your body AT ALL is abusing the shit out of it.
E
It’s an all thumbs are fingers but not all fingers are thumbs situation. Basically All synthol injections stem from mental illness, but not all mental illness leads to synthol.
W
Synthol is just oil, it doesn’t build muscle like testosterone, etc. the only “practical” application I’ve seen are professional body builders will inject a small amount just to get that edge. But you can’t over do it because it looks…..like this. Good question though, I highly doubt there are any safe practical uses to use synthol, it’s purely cosmetic, like a BBL
S
Cosmetic use, perhaps for disfiguring scarring or lack of certain bone structure due to an accident or cancer. For example, and it has me wondering if this may be a good use, a person has skin cancer in their face that requires removal of their nose and part of their cheekbone. They survive but are missing a good chunk of their nose and a dent where the cheek bone should be. you could use synthol to help “fill” the void on the cheek and slowly stretch the skin out around the nose area so they could do a reconstructive surgery to give you a nose again. another try- a person is bitten by a brown recluse spider on their calf muscle, and it eats a tangerine sized hole in the calf muscle. you could use synthol to help fill the dent back in and make it look more normal.
W
Interesting, I can totally see a use for either of your examples that’s slick.
L
Kind of blurring the lines there on what it means to build your body. At that point, why don’t you just sew or tattoo on a picture of muscles
T
The only thing I can think of is post injury reconstruction.
P
No it doesn’t actually build muscle at all. It actually damages the muscle and causes scarring, and can permanently disfigure. It’s literally just oil that is pumped into muscles to inflate them. It can have horrible side effects.
T
Yikes, guess it’s worse than I thought.
O
Body dysmorphic disorder
G
They look like a dancing goat…😭😭 Edit- Like the lil Danny Davito goat dude in Hercules but like, yassified. Just galloping around over there. 😂
M
It’s a satyr, the mythical creature you’re referring to
A
Torgo.
C
Its kind of bullshit that I get the kind of mental illness that makes me want to stay inside and mind my business, and some people get the fun kind that makes you impervious to shame.
G
Never seen it like this before. I think she’s trans, can’t tell though but it looks stupid as hell. Maybe she thinks having big thighs is more womanly in the same why synthol addict men think big muscles is more manly. Either way they all look stupid.
M
I thought that was guy? Like cis guy, I mean, not a trans person – but really, I have no idea and I don’t think it’s important. Either way this person has some problems with their body perception (hope those are the right words). Edit: Someone posted name and pics etc. of her a bit further down. Well, my bad. Honestly saw a dude there.
W
It’s important to show the levels people will go to feel like the person they feel inside. Feminization is very expensive, so people who can’t afford it get desperate and try other unsafe methods.
L
Apparently if you are a dedicated body builder and only use it very judiciously, it can look good. [https://www.reddit.com/r/bodybuilding/comments/75il44/the\_sultan\_of\_symmetry\_flex\_wheeler/](https://www.reddit.com/r/bodybuilding/comments/75il44/the_sultan_of_symmetry_flex_wheeler/) But there could be a question of overall mental health in the community in general as maybe not being totally stellar either.

Looks like implants. Looks like horse house hanches. Could be anything.
