It’s 2 soft animal toys with a rope in the middle designed to be extended to function as a chew toy. Likely for a small dog since the animal shaped parts on either end are soft. This post is just a pathetic rage bait attempt at making people freaked out by not showing the whole of the toy.

This is 100% what this is. There is a Bark Box sign behind the toy, we signed up for bark box for a few months and we got many multi-piece toys like this for our dog. You can put treats in the pouch, stick the other toy into the pouch, and then your dog tries to get the toy apart to get the treats.
